Our goal is to help students and young adults build a path for successful, long-term careers in the construction industry which struggles to recruit and retain entry-level talent yet is essential to our economy.

CICMA's purpose is to enable the next generation tradespeople. CICMA supports trades development by supporting adult retraining initiatives and by working with local high schools. Those who support CiCMA provide the resources to enable trades programs, facilitate projects, and organize trades focused events. Our goal is for the next generation of project managers, foremen, tradespeople, etc. to take the baton eventually from the individuals on which this industry was established.

We collaborate with leading Massachusetts industry employers, apprenticeship programs, industry associations, workforce professionals, and traditional high and career trades schools to provide hands-on learning opportunities.

We are committed to empowering, educating, and guiding all those interested in a trades career the necessary resources to ensure they succeed as our next generation of tradespeople.
